Availability 

“In Stock” Products

• Orders for items listed as “in stock” will ship on the same day, on business days, provided the order is received prior to 3:45pm EST for UPS shipping, 4:15pm EST for Purolator shipping. 
• Orders placed on weekends for “in stock” items will ship on the next business day. 
• Customers choosing the ‘pick up’ option for “in stock” items should wait to receive a second e-mail after their order confirmation, that will indicate that the order is ready for pick up; customers should allow for at least a 35 minute window from the time of the order to the time of pick up. 
• If a product that is listed as in stock, sells out before and order can be physically processed, the customer will be notified right away by e-mail or phone.

“Not in Stock” Products

• Orders for items that are listed as “not in stock” will generally ship within 5-10 business days of the order date.  Customers will be alerted of any delays by e-mail.
• The 5-10 days do not include the time it takes to ship the product (1-2 days via Purolator Ground/Air, 1-5 days via UPS ground).

Shipping Charges

• We offer two shipping methods:  Purolator Air/Ground or UPS Ground. 
• Freight charges are calculated based on distance and weight; the system can only calculate shipping rates at check out once a shipping address and product have been entered.
• For customers in the Greater Toronto Area, there is an option to pick up the product which will appear at check out.  For directions see the interactive Google map on our contact page.

Shipping to an Alternate Location

• Once you have entered your billing information, click on the “modify shipping addresses” link on bottom left hand side of the page
• Enter your shipping address.
• At check out a drop down list will appear allowing you to choose to ship to either your “primary” shipping address which is the billing address or any other addresses you have entered.
• If you want to save this information, when you have entered your billing information create a username and password; this creates a profile to which you can return at a later date.
