New Resellers

• download the Reseller Application Form, complete and fax to 416-245-1929; processing will take 24-72 hours

• when you have received confirmation of your Reseller Application approval (by phone or e-mail), come back to the site, click on the "register" button (located on the left side bar) and create a profile

• you will receive one e-mail indicating that your profile has been created

• 24-48 hours later you will receive a second e-mail indicating that your profile has been modified--now, when you log in you can see your dealer pricing
