I Need An RMA #
To obtain an RMA #, download the RMA form, complete and fax to 416-245-1929.
We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by fax, phone or email (whichever you prefer). The form contains complete instructions on how to ship the product(s) back to us. Product returned without an approved RMA number or shipped freight collect will be refused and returned to you.
